Laptop represent about 25 percent of sales. It is not difficult to see why. Small screens and keyboards are closely following larger, sharper and shows more usable key layouts. Processors are involved in speed and innovative new processors provide some real advantages. Fast CD-DVD and recording units are common, like a lot of hard drives. And a growing interest in the world of wireless computer plays the greatest strength of a laptop: portability. A laptop is the easiest way to get full benefit from the increasing availability of high-speed wireless Internet access at airports, schools, hotels and restaurants and cafes.
The Centrino technology, the latest Intel processors for laptops is wireless built-in central functions, and offers commendably long battery life.
